A downloadable game






Tomb of Deus is a survival RPG, a mix between funger-like and Look outside.


You play as one of the THREE unlucky guys who got trapped inside some weird place, where some mysterious entity called DEUS takes away anyone's minds, should they look into TV.
You need to help them  get out of this place and KILL DEUS before his ascension...



- Survival gameplay: be careful with resources and your actions
- FUNgerlike limb system gameplay 
- Limb replacement mechanic: take limbs from enemies in order to replace your broken ones or get stronger ones in order to wield even stronger weapons.
- 3 PLAYable characters
- 3 ENDINGS (one for each character)
- Cool art,  inspired by stuff i've seen on newgrounds

Played up to the 2nd level and nearly finished it but almost every single chest in that area softlocks the game.  Also every soda type seems to be infinite.  I left a video playlist and more detailed notes on your thread in the RPGM discord.

Hello, I've just started playing the game and it seems I am unable to switch limbs, pressing every arrow key does nothing, I assume I'm missing something...

Upon further playing, it seems I can randomly start selecting limbs, I am unsure what causes this....

Do you mean that you couldnt select limbs before but now you can?

Very fun, and i love the graphics! Reminds me so much of battle block theater. I do have some feedback if you do not mind:

  • I think the player could walk faster, it feels very slow for me once you are in game and a walking animation even if its just the sprite jumping could bring the visuals on the next milestone.
  • I love the combat mechanic, but i wish it was perhaps a little more explained, what is the difference of hitting the arms versus the head kind of thing? Also i think i would make the parts that can be attacked more clear, maybe with an outlined? Or some kind of effects.

Thanks, yeah will add some dialogues about combat. Basically you need to cut enemies' legs and then hit the head.
